Deadstock Detail & Lining Fabrics
At Nona Source, we believe that sustainability and quality can go hand in hand. That's why we specialize in sourcing and selling high-value deadstock detail & lining fabrics, carefully selected by some of the most renowned Artistic Directors of Luxury Maisons.
Detail & lining fabrics are used to cover the inside of a garment or accessory. They are typically made from lightweight materials such as cotton, silk, or polyester and are used to provide a smooth and comfortable surface against the skin. Lining can be used in a variety of ways in fashion design, from adding structure and support to a garment to providing a decorative element.
One of the primary functions of lining is to prevent the outer fabric of a garment from rubbing against the skin. This is particularly important for items such as jackets and coats, which are often worn for extended periods of time. Lining can also help to add warmth and insulation to a garment, making it more suitable for colder weather.
Our detail & lining fabrics are brimming with heritage and character, and by offering them as deadstock, we're breathing new life into these precious materials.
