Terms and Conditions of Use Nona Source Private Sale

Nona Source (hereinafter “Nona Source”) is organizing, in partnership with Le Quartier Général (hereinafter “Quartier Général”), a private sale of surplus materials for students from participating Fashion & Design schools, faculty members, and the general public (hereinafter the “Private Sale”).
To take part in the Private Sale, you are invited to register online via the dedicated registration form.
Your registration for the Private Sale constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”), which you acknowledge having read and understood.
If you refuse all or part of any of these provisions, you are kindly requested not to register.

1. REGISTRATION FOR THE PRIVATE SALE
To register for the Private Sale, you must complete the online registration form. In doing so, you warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria for the Private Sale — specifically, that you are a student, a faculty member of one of the participating Fashion & Design schools, or a member of the general public invited to participate in the event — and that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
In the event of any breach, Nona Source reserves the right, without prior notice or compensation, to cancel your registration and consequently deny you access to the Private Sale.
Since registration takes place online, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with the use of online services, including that information transmitted may be intercepted or altered beyond the control of Nona Source.
Your registration for the Private Sale does not entail any obligation to attend or make any purchase during the event.
2. LIABILITY
Nona Source shall not be held liable for any malfunction, virus, or contamination affecting your computer equipment used to register for the Private Sale, nor for any electronic or telephone communication costs arising from such use.
Nona Source shall not be held liable for any interruption of access to or operation of the online registration form, whether temporary or permanent, or for any failure to meet the obligations set forth herein that results from a fortuitous event or force majeure as defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
Nona Source reserves the right, without prior notice or compensation, to cancel the Private Sale at any time without stating a reason. In such case, you will be notified at the email address provided in your registration form.
Should Nona Source be found liable for damages not provided for in these Terms, its liability shall be limited to actual, direct, and proven damages. Nona Source shall not be liable for any indirect damages, including loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity.
3. PARTICIPATION RULES AND ON-SITE PURCHASE CONDITIONS
The staff of Nona Source and Quartier Général will strictly enforce the time slots allocated for access to the Private Sale.
Any resale of products purchased during the Private Sale is strictly prohibited.
Tax-free purchases and VAT refunds are not available.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Access to the sales area implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules and of the present Terms and Conditions of Use.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All elements of the online registration form for the Private Sale, other than those published by Google LLC, are the property of Nona Source or are licensed to Nona Source by the holders of the corresponding intellectual property rights.
These elements are protected against any unauthorized use under applicable laws and the provisions of these Terms, and any breach may result in legal proceedings, without prejudice to Nona Source’s other rights.
5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with French law.
In the event of any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution prior to any legal action. Failing agreement within two (2) months from notification of the dispute, exclusive jurisdiction shall be vested in the courts of Paris, France.

- Data related to your registration and participation in the Private Sale (name of your school, date of participation, purchases made during the Private Sale including payment information, and any communications with Nona Source’s teams).
As indicated at the time of collection, some data is mandatory and some is optional. Failure to provide mandatory information will prevent Nona Source from processing your request.

Nona Source’s service providers (payment, IT, hosting, etc.) for technical or logistical purposes only;
Administrative or judicial authorities, upon justified and lawful request or in the event of a legal breach;
External advisors, for the management of any disputes or other legal matters;
Other third parties, in the event or context of a corporate restructuring of Nona Source.
4. Are Your Personal Data Transferred Outside the European Union (EU) / European Economic Area (EEA)?
Some of Nona Source’s service providers are located in non-EU countries. As such, your personal data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA.

5. How Nona Source Protects Your Personal Data

6. Data Retention Period
Data collected for your Private Sale registration are kept until the end of the event.
Data collected for marketing communications are retained until you unsubscribe.
Data related to requests or complaints are retained until they are fully processed.
Beyond these periods, your data may be retained for:
- 3 years for marketing purposes;
- 5 years for evidential purposes;
- 10 years from the close of the accounting period for accounting purposes.
7. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data, as well as the right to object to or restrict their processing.
You also have the right to define post-mortem instructions regarding your personal data (e.g., deletion or transmission to a designated person).
